The 2008 TREC Spring Seminar Schedule may be viewed on the Commission Calendar. Seminars will be provided in 8 cities across the state. Recent information appearing in the Memphis Business Journal incorrectly stated that Tennessee real estate license applicants would be required to undergo fingerprinting and background checks beginning July 1, 2008. At this time, and in the foreseeable future, there are no changes in the application process requiring such procedures.
