The Ethics CPE Rule [0020-5- .03(1)(b)] will be phased in as follows:

Licensees renewing with a 12-31-07 expiration date (odd numbered) have a 2 hour general ethics CPE requirement.
Licensees with an
expiration date after January 1, 2008 have a 4 hour ethics CPE requirement with a minimum of 1 hour of approved state specific/Law & Rules CPE.

ATTENTION: A $50 late fee was assessed at the close of business on January 31st for all Firms and even numbered CPA renewals that had not been received by the Board. *An additional $50 late fee was assessed at the close of business on March 31st for all remaining Firms and even number CPA renewals that were not received by the Board.
