Tennessee - Does not require the use of formlin as a disinfectant and does not prohibit the use of formalin.

Board Mission

To regulate the practice of cosmetology, including the licensure and registration of cosmetologists, instructors, aestheticians, manicurists, shampoo technicians, natural hair stylists, cosmetology shops, and cosmetology schools.
