Hardship License Requests

 

The Board meets regularly six times annually. The first day of the meeting is comprised of interviews for new licenses for those who do not meet the criteria to have it waived (see new application instructions). In additon, board discussion and regular business is conducted.

Note: Complaint cases are presented anonymously to the Board by the Legal section, on a report with identified license law violations with their recommendations. Parties of the complaint (consumer and contractor) are not identified.

Rulemakings and Formal Hearings, when needed, are typically scheduled on the second day. These are in according to the provisions of the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, title 4, chapter 5.
