Announcement: We Are Moving!

We will be moving to the 2nd floor of the Andrew Johnson Building located at 710 James Robertson Parkway in June 2008.
The cashier's office for any licensee wanting to pay in person will remain in the Davy Crockett Tower located at 500 James Robertson Parkway.
The mailing address for this board will remain the same as listed on the right side of this page under 'Contact Information'.

Program Mission

The Commissioner of the Department of Commerce and Insurance is responsible for the enforcement of the law and regulations pertaining to professional boxing in Tennessee.

The primary objective of this office is the safety and welfare of the boxers.

In order to assure compliance with the law and in the interest of the boxers' safety, the Investigative Section has been assigned to assist the Office Coordinator in monitoring professional boxing events.
