 Violations

Violations may be issued for the following reasons:

  1. Expired License
  2. Entrance - no sign display
  3. Sanitation - unsanitary conditions of booth, drawers, sinks, restrooms, etc.
  4. Unlicensed employees working in shop - issue violation to owner
  5. Equipment - all must be in working condition
  6. Employee appearance - use discretion
  7. New shop operating before Inspection
  8. Relocated shops operating before Inspection
  9. Any person living in a shop
  10. Any alcoholic beverage served In a shop
  11. No manager or designated manager on shop premises
  12. Animals in shop except seeing eye dogs and fish in aquariums in shops
  13. Not having covered containers for trash or soiled linens
  14. If owner, manager or employees are extremely rude and not very cooperative - use discretion
