Developing Person Centered Organizations (Good 2 Great)
The Good to Great (G2G) Project (or the Developing Person-Centered Organizations Project) was created to change the way we think about providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The hope is that the person being served will be at the center of discussions and decisions at all levels, including:
- Direct support professionals
- Management and administration at provider agencies
- An agency’s Board of Directors
- State funding agencies
The GTG project provides training to all of these levels, including the persons being served. In addition, leaders are identified at each training site who can further teach other agencies about person center practices.
