Public Chapter 442 (“the Sunshine Law”) enacted by the 88th General Assembly requires public notice of meetings of all government bodies whose actions can affect public policy.  The following notice is hereby given:

 

 

STATE VITICULTURE ADVISORY BOARD TO MEET

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Viticulture Advisory Board will meet July 29 at 10 a.m. CDT at the Stonehaus Winery, located at 2444 Genesis Rd., off I-40 Exit 320 in Crossville, Tenn. The agenda includes a report on the estimated 2008 grape harvest, consideration of Alcohol and Beverage Commission waiver requests, a review of legislative issues and other business as presented.  The meeting is open to the public.  Individuals interested in addressing the board should plan to arrive prior to the start of the meeting in order to be placed on the agenda.
