Administration Division The Administration Division, headed by Commissioner Ken Givens, coordinates the work of all other divisions.  It provides budgetary, legal, human resources, and information services. Administration sets departmental policies and works with other divisions to implement them.  It also works with the state legislature and private industry to ensure that any new programs have adequate statutory authority and personnel support. Administration works closely with USDA's Tennessee Agricultural Statistics to develop a timely,  and accurate understanding of agricultural supply and demand.
