    NEWS

Tennessee’s State Revolving Fund Loan Program (SRF Loan Program), is within Tennessee’s Department of Environment and Conservation’s Division of Water Resources. The SRF program administers both the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Loan Program and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Loan Program. These programs provide technical assistance and low-interest loans to cities, counties, utility districts, and water authorities across the state for planning, design, and construction of drinking water and wastewater infrastructure projects. We support TDEC’s mission to protect and promote human health & safety, and to protect and improve water quality across the state by helping communities afford safe, sustainable and resilient water systems.
